As a therapist, my hope is that you feel safe, empowered, and validated as we work together to find solutions to the various challenges you are facing. I believe self-awareness and self-compassion are foundational to personal healing and growth and are integral parts of the work we do in therapy. I've had the joy and privilege of helping individuals navigate through addiction and recovery, anxiety, traumatic experiences, depression, and life stressors. I use multiple therapeutic approaches, based off the needs and cultures of my clients, as therapy should be unique and tailored to the individual.
