Many of my clients come to me wanting relief from stress, trauma, or emotional pain, but also wanting to rediscover a sense of peace, confidence, and control. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen trying to navigate big emotions, or an adult working through life transitions or trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey. My background includes extensive experience in both behavioral health hospital settings and outpatient care, which has deepened my understanding of how complex and personal healing can be. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions freely and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes in a private environment.
