I will help you to develop awareness and empowerment so that you can heal your relationship with yourself and be in charge of your own life. I work from a fundamentally nonjudgmental lens and I view clients holistically, taking in all of the parts and pieces that make you who you are. I will never see you as a diagnosis. Goodness of fit is critical and I will personalize therapy to meet your unique needs. You might come in with one concern in mind, only to find out it's all connected! I believe humor and unconventional thinking will take us far.
