My typical client is not looking for a one-size fits all approach, they are looking for a creative solution, one which they have not already tried themselves. Initially coming in for therapy my client may feel anxious, depressed, have insomnia, relationship troubles or struggle with putting their phone away. I enjoy working with teenagers who spend too much time on their phones and are showing signs of emotional instability. I enjoy helping families and couples who are drifting apart, yet want to earnestly work on mending their relationship.
