Hello! My name is Ariana and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have a bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I work with clients across the lifespan and currently have openings for telehealth sessions with teens and adults ages 14–50. I’m expanding my caseload and enjoy supporting teens and young adults as they navigate their emotions and lived experiences whether related to school stress, peer relationships, family dynamics, major life transitions, or other challenges. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and confidently advocate for their emotional needs.
