I provide psychotherapy for adults (individuals and couples), with a focus on anxiety, sexual health and women’s mental health. I am a certified sex therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists. I have trained in behavioral therapies (CBT & DBT) and psychodynamic psychotherapy in various settings, including outpatient, partial, and inpatient. I encourage clients to explore their goals for seeking change and support them in finding the motivation, insight and skills to cope.
