Hello, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who is very driven to help others who are experiencing mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, or those who have experienced trauma in their lives, through individual therapy. I also specialize in self-esteem issues and working on stress management through CBT and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques! I am passionate about working with children 5+ all the way through the adult population. I value making a positive impact on clients and being the support that they need to know that they are not alone.
