About
After having a transformative experience with my therapist as a teenager, I have decided to devote my life and career to providing others with the same experience. I believe that in our society, we are too often deprived of the relief of being fully seen and heard. Having grown up in a Middle Eastern family prioritizing hospitality and selflessness above all else, I was inadvertently taught to hide my struggles for the peace of mind of the people around me. However, this only brought me closer to one conclusion: no one benefits and everyone suffers when we keep ourselves hidden.
