Welcome! I have a heart for those in the perinatal and postpartum periods in addition to the transitions of parenthood, pregnancy loss, death, and grief. I work with clients who are motivated to shift challenging patterns in order to improve quality of life and reach their goals. If you feel stuck, anxious, or bogged down by your past or worries of the future - you are not alone. If you are desiring changes in your life, but are not sure if you're ready or clear on how to take the leap - this is normal! I enjoy working with adult clients in all walks of life. Life can be so joyous and incredible - but it can also be full of challenges, fears, grief, trauma, etc. Sometimes it can feel like one is stuck in a negative loop - especially without resources and support. My primary goal as a therapist is to offer feedback and tools to assist clients in improving their ability to move through life.
