Welcome! Engaging in therapy requires a level of vulnerability that is very difficult for folks to engage in right away, and trust is an important aspect that needs to be earned over time. This is why I want to create an environment that is safe, non-judgmental, and anti-oppressive for anyone looking for a space to talk about their struggles. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy and recognize that each person comes from a unique background with their own experiences. My goal is to help be a support for you through your healing journey where we can work together to help you grow and thrive. I have expertise in a variety of experiences including (but not limited to) sexual assault, domestic violence, LGBTQIA+ Issues, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Child Welfare, and Grief.
