I provide a safe and comfortable place for you to share your concerns, fears, and goals. I work with individuals, groups, and families on a wide range of issues ranging from relationship conflicts to anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I do a lot of work with people dealing with chronic illnesses, particularly Type I diabetes. I have a diverse background working in a school, hospital setting, and with domestic violence, gang intervention, high-risk children, and individuals with disabilities.
