Hi, thank you for being here. As your therapist my role is to notice patterns as you’re sharing what’s happening in your life and draw a connection between the thing keeping you stuck in the pattern and the route to shifting out of it. In identifying this, I hold the vision and identify the barriers to achieving your vision. As we do this, we unpack the blocks through emotional processing and creating space for challenging emotions to be held in a tender, nonjudgmental manner. In doing so you may find yourself experiencing emotional shifts. Clients often report the effects of our work span outside of our 1-1 sessions.
