Hello! My name is Arianna and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes everyone should feel seen, heard and affirmed. My priority as a therapist is to recognize the diverse cultural backgrounds of people with the goal of integrating that understanding into effective and respectful therapeutic interventions. I believe firmly in the impacts of our pattern of thought on our behaviors and how important it is to be intentional in how we think about ourselves, speak about ourselves and treat ourselves.
