I'm Ari, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in The Bay Area. I work with adolescents and adults who are exploring identity, navigating relationships, trying to communicate more effectively, and learning to cope with strong emotions. I also specialize in LGBTQIA+ mental health and work with queer & trans tweens, teens, and adults. As a queer therapist I utilize an affirming, relational lens to deepen insight around the nuances of queer identity, family systems, early experiences, and the very real impact these have on mental health, attachment style, self-esteem, and relationship patterns.
