Hi there, I’m Arianna- a licensed clinical social worker in the California Bay Area. I received my Master's of Social Work from UC Berkeley in 2011 and my LCSW in 2017. I am passionate about helping people develop the insights and skills needed to lead more connected, peaceful, and fulfilling lives. My own experiences in a multicultural family and as a mom of young kids make me especially passionate about work with intercultural relationship challenges, perinatal anxiety and depression, and parenting stress. I also have over 12 years of experience working with young adults with chronic illness and disabilities transitioning to work, college, and independent living. My style is strengths based/ humanistic and eclectic, but I enjoy using a mix of dialectical behavior therapy skills work, compassion focus, motivational interviewing, CBT, and brief solutions focus-
