I work with individuals navigating the pain of affairs and betrayal, sexually inappropriate behaviors, sex therapy concerns, and attachment wounds from trauma. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen and understood. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that draws from attachment theory, humanistic insight, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
