I believe that success in therapy is based on the relationship shared between a therapist and their client. I approach counseling with the fundamental belief that we are all whole individuals - each of us unique; equally deserving of love, understanding, and compassion; and capable of making positive changes to achieve wellness. My goal is to help you identify, understand, and resolve your own unique life stressors. I am comfortable with working with clients of all ages. I offer individual and couples therapy. I draw from a variety of counseling theories and techniques including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. I also offer fertility evaluations (third party donor assessments).
