Over the past 24 years, I have counseled adults and adolescents with mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. I specialize in chemical dependency treatment and have extensive experience educating clients on techniques for managing urges. After graduating from Wayne State University's School of Social Work, I was trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy through the Beck Institute in Philadelphia. I utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques in my practice.
