I fully recognize the strength and courage it takes to contact a counseling agency in seeking help. Life can be difficult. It comes with full range of challenges, roadblocks and trials. At times, those challenges can become daunting and completely overwhelming. We are left feeling stuck. On the other side of that, however, life can be rewarding, joyful and full of surprise. You don't have go through those difficulties alone. As a therapist trained in a variety of modalities, my goal is to help you move past current and future challenges by fully processing your thought patterns and helping you strengthen all that is within. I am trained in Crisis Intervention, Juvenile Crisis Intervention, Circle Keeping, Restorative Justice and Trauma Informed Therapy. I specialize in Crisis work, Behavioral Modification, Coaching and Individual Counseling. I offer a variety of theoretical orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalysis and Trauma Informed Therapy.
