Hi there! I am so glad you are here! I help women who feel silenced, unseen, or disconnected after experiencing toxic relationships or growing up in narcissistic family systems. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to be “enough.” I provide a safe, compassionate space where they can process their experience while learning to trust their own voice again. My goal is to help people reconnect with their inner strength, set healthy boundaries, and create lives that feel authentic, peaceful, and empowering. I also work with clients experiencing grief/loss, anxiety and depression.
