I support youth (ages 5-21) and families through mental health and relationship challenges in an affirming, collaborative and hopeful space. I strive to show up authentically so my clients can too, while incorporating evidence-based therapies individualized to each person's strengths, needs and interests. I work especially well with imaginative, sensitive kids who light up when given space to express themselves beyond just words, and with older youths who are figuring out growing independence (and the pressures that can come with it).
