My ideal client is someone who is ready to start their therapeutic journey. Whether you are returning to therapy, or experiencing it for the first time, I want someone who is open to the process. This doesn't mean we need to dive in from the get go. Rather, let's hold space for the version of you now while acknowledging the past, so we can work towards the future. I'm looking for clients who are ready to heal and acknowledge the parts of themself that may feel uncomfortable at times.
