I am a licensed clinical social worker with additional training in perinatal mood disorders and horticulture therapy. As a social worker, I consider the societal forces that shape your experiences, acknowledging the systems of power and privilege that contribute to pain and struggle. Therapy is a space where you can share what may have only existed in your mind, and saying things out loud can be a powerful step toward change. I approach therapy sessions with hope and optimism. My goal is for you to leave reflective and empowered.
