Welcome. I am your liberal, feminist therapist. My work is grounded in a somatic-psychodynamic approach, which means we'll look deep beneath the surface - exploring your childhood & lived experiences which led to your current patterns. Extending into your subconscious requires curiosity and a willingness for self-discovery. Somatic therapy means we learn to 'hear' from your body. The overall goal is to connect past to present. I have advanced training in grief and trauma. My research specialty is binge eating, bulimia, and body image disorders. I am profoundly passionate about empowering clients who live in larger bodies.
