Ariel, resident therapist at Compassionate Living Now, comes to her work as a therapist with dedication to creating safe spaces and trusting therapeutic relationships with her clients. From this foundation, she helps clients identify their unique strengths and develop coping skills to navigate life’s many challenges and transitions. Ariel takes a whole person approach to her work, acknowledging that a person’s mental well-being is impacted and shaped by physical health, social support systems, work or school environments, as well as their faith and spirituality. Ariel received her Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University with a focus in medicine and healthcare and has experience working with families and family systems. Ariel is experienced and especially interested in working with individuals around family planning, perinatal and post partum seasons of life.
