Becoming a mother is one of life’s most meaningful transitions—and also one of the hardest. I specialize in helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood—including high-risk pregnancies, birth complications, and postpartum depression or anxiety. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain, and I offer a space of compassion and safety where they don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
