I specialize in clients that have issues with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. In addition I specialize in ADHD of adults and children. As I therapist I am laid back yet positive and goal oriented. I would like to teach my potential clients skills to improve their quality of life not to be dependent on the therapist. It is my belief that therapy is not just a session or a conversation it is actual work on you yourself or family members.
