Often times life can feel like a swamp, a bog of chaos where all your energy is focused on just trying to keep your head above water. If you are tired of treading the swamp and are ready to start swimming through it, I would be honored to partner with you in your therapeutic journey. I believe in the healing power of authentic human connection and vulnerability. Therapy is a hard, emotional (and often overwhelming) journey, but it's worth every meaningful step. Because YOU are worth every step. First sessions can generate a lot of anxiety for folks, regardless of our exposure to therapy in the past. My priority is to get some basic information, review confidentiality, answer any questions you have.
