About
Many people start therapy when they are struggling with feelings of loneliness, frustration, anxiety, or disconnection from their partner. Others come because they are stuck repeating the same patterns despite their best efforts to change. Therapy is an interactive process where we address current problems and examine underlying causes. I provide a space to explore new ways of relating and help you gain insight and self-knowledge. With time, I see clients make lasting changes in their lives and heal from interpersonal wounds. I work with individuals, couples, children/ teens and families, helping to improve relationships by reducing blame and guilt, improving communication, and providing insight so people can better meet each other' and their own needs. I have a psychodynamic background and draw from trauma-informed modalities, mindfulness, somatic interventions.
