I support teens and adults work through issues including depression, anxiety, disordered eating, trauma and adjustment issues including pregnancy and postpartum related concerns. Whether your concern is current or pervasive, we can work towards your healing and growth. Clients come for help with feelings of powerlessness, stress, sadness, hopelessness, low self-esteem, grief, anxiety, confusion, guilt, shame as well as relationship troubles. My goal is that you gain hope and clarity as well as tools to support ongoing change.
