I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist with a passion for supporting you through all stages of the perinatal experience, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and assisted reproduction. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, or the emotional ups and downs that often accompany this season of life, you don’t have to face it alone. I also work with high-achieving individuals who struggle with perfectionism, helping them release the pressure to always “get it right”. I understand that the pressure to be the “perfect” parent, partner, or person can leave you feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of yourself. I offer a supportive space where you can process difficult emotions, learn effective coping strategies, and reconnect with yourself during times that can feel anything but predictable.
