Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s common for both children and parents to experience big emotions when taking this first step. On both a personal and professional level, I understand how difficult it can be to open up to someone new. I work intentionally to make therapy feel approachable, supportive, and emotionally safe from the very beginning.
