Welcome! I am so encouraged that you are here. I enjoy assisting adolescent and adult women who are struggling with issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image, trauma, sexual assault survivors, grief, and relationship issues. I provide client-centered therapy and believe that successful treatment begins with building a strong client-therapist relationship. From this secure base, I can support you in working through pain towards growth and change. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process defined by trust, safety, warmth, empathy, and unconditional acceptance.
