I will help you gain emotional clarity and create lasting change by blending traditional talk therapy (psychodynamic) with experiential techniques (IFS, somatic therapy). I am relational, trauma-informed, and emotion focused. We'll get curious about what’s holding patterns in place and gently shift them.
