Hi, I'm Arielle! I work with individuals and couples who are seeking to process developmental trauma (e.g., abuse, neglect, immigration) and traumas of oppression (e.g., racism, sexism, transphobia) and improve how they show up for themselves and the people they love. My ideal client is someone who is ready to break cycles of dysfunction in their family system because they have a desire to heal themselves and their family from generations of pain. Together we will challenge disempowering narratives we've adopted, and choose to courageously heal from feelings distress and anxiety.
