Or, maybe you have lost direction and purpose in your life. You're not alone. I help women find themselves again. I empower my clients to get their confidence back. I work with a variety of women who may have an underlying diagnosis like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bipolar, OCD, and ADHD. If you're struggling with a loss of self, we need to talk.
