I work with big feelers and deep thinkers who have a gift for supporting others but struggle to feel authentically connected to themselves, their relationships, and their lives. This is often influenced by past trauma, painful relationship experiences, chronic stress, and undue societal pressures. Folks often share things with me they've never spoken to before, such as childhood abuse, sexual assault, relational violence, complex grief, and non-ordinary state experiences. I am passionate about supporting those ready to heal the origins of internal blocks that keep them disconnected from their in inherent wholeness and gifts.
