Welcome! I am a relational therapist offering in-person + telehealth in a beautifully inviting space. For teens, young adults, parents/single-parents & couples, I offer support with anxiety, daily stressors, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges & trauma, fear, shame, & self-discovery. Painful and repetitive challenges can be transformed into empowerment. I bring warm presence, encouraging easeful participation, inviting your creative self in. I offer support to my clients through the use of artful interventions & body-oriented awareness, which has shown to produce foundational & lasting change I bring playful curiosity and serve as a motivated witness. I model slow & steady sensing into connection of mind, heart & body. My intention is to support recognition & release attachment to relentless/unwanted thoughts, feelings & behaviors to make space for energetic aliveness & make sense of your inner experiences, allowing your own wisdom to strengthen
