I am so excited to have the opportunity to meet you and learn how I can support you on your journey to your best life. I work with adults in a virtual setting and I accept both insurance and self-pay. Most of the client I work with either have a diagnosis of OCD, anxiety, panic disorder or a specific phobia or suspect they have one of these conditions. Additionally, I work with autistic persons looking for support from a therapist that understands the specific challenges that face a neurodivergent person.
