As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about working with people whose experience is shaped by feeling "different"- due to sexuality, gender, ADHD/Autism, or relationship orientation. Many of my clients experience interpersonal challenges including social anxiety, people-pleasing, and fears of rejection. I offer gentle feedback to help folks practice more self-compassion and show up more authentically in their relationships. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR therapist, I help clients cope with painful feelings in the present, revisit and reprocess past experiences, and develop new patterns for the future. I borrow from attachment theory, IFS/parts work, systems theory, and somatic therapy. I am committed to ongoing training on working with complex trauma.
