I believe everyone deserves to make sense, have a safe space to explore who they are and want to be, and figure out how to exist in the world they experience. I love to work with the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC/Multi-Racial, and athlete community. Traumas, generational trauma, relationships we have with everything around us, expectations/pressures, and oppressive systems can impact our sense of self, belonging, agency, and safety. Together we can work through your thoughts, feelings, emotions, judgements, sensations, beliefs, and memories to find your sense of self beneath the hard times you have endured. My approach is warm and collaborative with a deep respect for your story. As a somatic therapist, I will support you in learning the ways in which your body and mind have been holding patterns that have been working hard to protect you and help all parts of you find what they need most.
