A firm believer in solution-focused, strengths-based, and action-oriented therapeutic approaches, Arika Adams, LCSW, has had over a decade of working with children and families who have experienced trauma, including significant work with adoptive families - particularly those adopting older children and perinatal women. At your first appointment, you’ll review items you want to work on, and set goals together to make a plan forward. The overarching goal is to help you feel supported and encouraged, never judged, for pursuing what is best for you.
