Accepting new clients! As a Licensed Masters Social Worker with a career spanning over 15 years, I have primarily worked in a school setting. My passion lies in working with adolescents through adulthood, providing them with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore areas for growth and change. I enjoy working with individuals on common issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other life adjustments. As a therapist, I utilize aspects of CBT, DBT and ACT.
