Relationships are hard. It stings a little when repair with the people you are closest to feels out of reach. I find I have synergy with people who have often felt misunderstood throughout their lives. I work with high stressed adults in the Atlanta Metro area & across the state of Alaska who are ready for intentional, results focused work in their relationships without undermining their current value systems. As a trained therapist, I skillfully challenge each partner to recognize the loops that keep them in negative cycles. Our goal is to develop a securely attached relationship that provides clarity and emotional safety.
