Hi, I'm Ariyon, Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and have experience supporting individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, self-esteem, boundary setting, and complex trauma. I also enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, issues of self-worth, and healing from past experiences. I’m especially passionate about normalizing Black mental health and breaking the stigma surrounding therapy in communities of color. I embrace all cultural, religious, sex, and gender backgrounds.
