As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I seek to provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment to work through life’s challenges. I offer support to individuals, couples, and families by promoting vulnerability, healing and connection. I utilize evidence based approaches that are clinically shown to improve relationships. Through a comprehensive assessment, I seek to understand how personal experiences, family history, culture, spirituality, sexual orientation, gender identity & expression, race, life stage, and relationship patterns influence well being and current challenges.
