I have over ten years of experience working with adults, youth, and families in the community mental health setting, implementing various evidence-based treatment modalities to address issues such as trauma, family conflict, parenting, and much more. I am a person-centered therapist who enjoys collaborating with clients in treatment, as empowerment is the goal. I also approach challenges from a holistic perspective, integrating and tailoring treatment modalities according to the unique strengths and needs of the client.
