We all are born with strength, beauty, and a great capacity for joy. However, most of us experience challenges in life that can make it difficult for these qualities to shine. Many of my clients experience life as overwhelming and want more peace and joy. Some struggle with relationships, work, and/or school; others have physical health issues; and many have tried therapy before but did not find healing. All want a better life filled with contentment, happiness, and peace; they want to live life more fully to realize their inherent value. I offer experience and tools like Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to provide deep healing. I do not view my clients as mental health diagnoses that need to be managed. Rather, I see them as worthy, wonderful individuals whose beauty and joy have been hampered by difficult life experiences. I work together with clients to help identify the causes of their struggles and plot a path to healing so that their rich potentials can be realized.
