For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply interested in the dynamics of human relationships and their influence on both families and broader social systems. These systems offer sources of strength as well as challenges, often giving rise to complex conflicts. Navigating these challenges frequently involves addressing deeply rooted experiences that shape our beliefs, perspectives, and coping mechanisms. Therapy offers a space to explore, make sense of, and work through these experiences. With over a decade of clinical experience, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a fundamentally humanistic framework.
