If you are looking for help with stress, anxiety and depression, for yourself or your pre-teens and teenagers, you are in good hands with me! I can help you manage your panic and worry with my specialty in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as my training in neuroscience techniques. I can also teach you how to use EFT, (Emotional Freedom Technique) to better cope with traumatic memories. As a grief therapist I help you deal with loss, and navigate what moving on will look like. Last but certainly not least, I work with couples who are struggling with relationship issues.
